We support AUTRADE's "Bicycle-Scooter-Skates" program

On June 16 we visited the Special Education Center of AUTRADE (the Regional Association for People Affected by Autism and Other Developmental Disorders) to deliver our financial contribution to their "Bicycle-Scooter-Skates” program.

The goal of this program is for the students at the Special Education Center to learn to ride a bike or scooter or to skate, so that they can share a leisure activity with their families and friends outside the school environment. The Fundación Amara NextGen’s contribution will be used to purchase the necessary materials to carry out the activity.

During our time there, in addition to handing over the check to the association with the amount to be donated, we were able to share the day with the students at the Center.

At the end of the visit, the students presented us with various items they had made themselves in class: notebooks, notepads, coasters, folders, bookmarks... Thank you very much!

AUTRADE, located in Ciudad Real, is a non-profit association that provides services to people with autism spectrum disorders and their families. Among other services, it provides a subsidized special education center, a day center, a child development and early care center, and various programs to support families and to raise awareness in society.
